Not pushing hard enough?

When lifting, specifically for arms/shoulders, I’ll feel the burn the last rep or two of each set and push to finish that last set fully based on the weight I do. The “issue?” is that I rarely feel soreness in my arms the day or two after the lift. Am I not pushing as hard as I can or just have good recovery? Legs, abs, back feel the soreness day or two after a good lift. Not taking anything but creatine

Just got 80%

Just got 80% off initial claims. A couple things were lower than expected and didn’t get sleep apnea even though I had a sleep study done that confirmed it. 100% still would be a long shot. Worth it to resubmit a couple things or just be happy with 80% and move on?
