Remake of my MV02 Lion MBT

I felt like my MV02 looked like a ww2 tank more than a modern MBT, and it looked bland and low effort. So, I decided to Remake the tank from scratch. So, after 2 days, I’m finally done with the MV02A. (three photos at the end is the original MV02)

Stats

Armament:

• 1 Main Cannon (2 small tank cannons)
• 2 Machine Guns (1 Articulated roof mounted MG and 1 Coaxial MG)
• ATGM Support (Not present on the tank in the photos, but it has a dedicated space inside for logic and RC blocks for the RC Guided ATGM)

Survivability/Durability:

• Heavy block/Anchor block Armor (2-3 layers heavy blocks, Anchor block layer in between layer 1 and 2) front armor and 2 Layer heavy block side armor
• can take roughly 14-16 shots to the front before driver seat is destroyed
• (Not mounted yet) I’m developing a logic-based APS , but it needs further testing, the distance sensors seem to not work properly.

Mobility

• 80-85 Km/h top speed on Unpaved Terrain
• Stable and rarely gets stuck or flipped over because of how wide it is and how low the center of mass sits , even when falling from a ledge or small cliff.
• Can drive reliably even with two tracks destroyed (since it has 4 tracks (2 per side) ,with the front 2 piston glitched into the hind 2 tracks) , even if reliably doesn’t mean excellently,it still drives well enough to be able to flee or relocate.
• Does not wobble

Misc.

• Toggleable lights for dark environments (two on the front, one on the roof of the turret)
• Has 3 Cameras (One for aiming, One for turret roof aiming, one as binoculars)
• Able To smoke engines (doesn’t really give any advantage, just looks cool)
• Has a working recoil system (Again, doesn’t really give any advantage, simply looks cool)
• Birb.
• Looks cool (at least better than the old one)
• Super complex tho (over-complexity 💔)

Unfortunately since you can’t really post both videos and pictures together,I’ll leave YouTube link to two videos.

My Evolution as a Newbie

As the title suggests,I thought it’d be cool to post my evolution as a newbie. I started playing trailmakers a couple months ago and became obsessed with it. I don’t have much prior experience in engineering games except maybe BABFT and that’s it. I however am studying for an Aerospace Engineering Degree, and have some knowledge in the sphere (although physics in trailmakers is super simplified)

All of my creations are based on vehicles in my own universe that I’m writing a novel on and maybe someday a game. The modern age of the universe is heavily inspired by Ace Combat and Project Wingman.

The number on the left lower bottom is my playtime when I was making the vehicle.

Inspirations :
FJ-6 — F-16, Dassault Mirage 2000
EXFJS-42 — YF-23
FJS-41 (Failed prototype) — X-02, XFA-27
LV02A — BMPT-72
LV02B — None
MV02 — Rhino (GTA) , T-14 , T-72 , M3 Bradley
MV026 — PL-01 , EMBT , Leclerc, FMBT
GM-1 — Obj. 522-1 (By Chaoshunter on Teardown)
FJS-23 Dravec II — F-16 , F-16S (concept by Ollysaerospace on insta) , F-35
FJS-41 — CFA-44, X-02, ADFX-01

I probably will make dedicated posts for many of those and a remake of the FJ-6 and EXFJS-42 , as well as many other personal designs of mine.
