Just brought a 400.1 and haven’t even put a full tank through it yet, used it to fell an 8ft pole and log it into rounds, turned it off, went back to use it maybe 10 minutes later and would not start for love nor money. Which is a shame as it’s my first ground saw and i absolutely love everything else about it, and it was big money (£1100) and a little disappointing start to what was super exciting.

Anyone else has a similar experience and found a good solution?
