Looking for recommendations on the most cost effective place to refill water cooler jugs.

I’ve been buying the refill cards from Crystal Clear, which gets the price down to about $3 per 18L jug but it looks like they’re trying to phase them out. Regular price there is $4.50 per jug without the card.

With my card getting low, I’m hoping to find something equally convenient at around that $3 price range before making the call to drop another $150 on the next refill card.
