About a month ago we got a new cat. She was isolated in a room until recently. Now we have let her out, and our existing male cat seems to meow loudly and make a low grumbling noise when he is looking for her. I'm having a hard time deciphering if he is threatening her or not. I have a video but cannot post it to this sub it seems.
Any ideas how to decipher this behavior?

My partner purchased a book online to be shipped by Fedex. The book is a custom Lord of the Rings hardback so it is not cheap. Fedex says they have tried to deliver the package several times. No sign of them arriving on our Ring camera. The parcel should not require a signature anyhow. They will not provide us the opportunity to pick up the book at a storefront or distribution center.
What are my options?
