What are the current supraphysiologic numbers?

Hey guys. Been on replacement for 2 years. Im going in to get my annual including bloods. My primary is not a fan of trt replacement so im gearing up for the "talk" again. All of my labs have been decent, last test at trough was 1040, 38.6 ng/dl free. Assume peak is somewhere around 12-1300. I know its above average but wherever I try to look I find info saying im either pickling my organs or im totally fine. Its got my considering reducing my dose a bit to try and get down to like 1000-900 and maybe chill out. My hematocrit is in range (48.6), psa is normal but I cant shake the feeling im doing some damage somewhere i dont know about.

What do you guys consider walking around "normal high" numbers to be for replacement?Just looking for opinions really to see if im overreacting.

I split dose and im gonna leave my dosage out because im an insane hyper responder and I dont want to get into that, no ai's or anything else. Appreciate any input thanks!

Data: 5'10" Male 46, estimated tdee 2250 sedentary, currently eating at 1800. Lift 3x weekly, cardio 1 or 2x weekly, and a few 20 minute walks throughout the week.

Hey everyone, Im trying to negotiate my apparent plateu I'm hitting and looking for ideas. Ive been crusing along since February but just flatlined over the last few weeks. I had been eating at 1600kcal up until last week, where I've bumped up to 1800 based on some reading to try and combat what I'm guessing is metabolic adaptation. Planning on going back down to 1600 next week. Cant really fit in more exercise than what I'm doing currently and recover sufficiently, and I believe my deficit is deep enough even with the added 200 that I should still be losing something. I weigh all of my food to the ounce and track. Macros are about 180g protein, 100g carbs, and 50-60g fats daily. 100-120 oz water daily.

If anyone has any ideas or input I'd greatly appreciate it as this is super frustrating and goes against all of my data so im just confused. Thank you.
