3day old bmx bike fall, both elbows look like this. I have been putting paraffin gauze, non adherent dressing and fixomull over the top to cover them while at school. I have given one wash with saline and gauze to clear tissue yesterday. Should I go in there a bit more forcibly to take off all the slough bits or leave it to dry out now? Thanks for any advice!
