My Highschool crush is confusing me
Back in school there was this girl in my class. We were both toppers I was the boys’ monitor and she was the girls’ monitor so we used to talk a lot. I slowly developed a crush on her. I always felt like she liked me too, but I was ridiculously shy and never confessed anything.
Later she started dating another guy who was actually my friend from another division. They went to the same coaching class and I wasn’t in coaching. After that I kind of distanced myself and stopped talking to her much. Eventually they broke up school ended and everyone moved to different cities for further studies. (That guy is still my friend.)
Fast forward a few years I hadn’t seen her in years. Out of nowhere she sent me a follow request on Instagram. I accepted and followed her back. She accepted it and liked one of my recent photos. I thought okay normal.
But then she started liking one of my photos almost every night. At the same time she keeps posting stories of her eating out at cafes and restaurants, selfies almost daily.
I have no idea what this means. Am I reading too much this random Instagram activity wrong or something else? And more importantly what should I do?
