G’day everyone.

I want to share with everyone what I made over the last couple weeks. It’s a snooker scoreboard I made so that me and my dad can keep track of the scores better (not that a pen and paper wasn’t working but hey, why not live luxurious)

If any of you watch snooker you’ll notice it doesn’t go all the way to 147+ like a standard one at a snooker hall. That’s because i sadly can’t fit a 12 x 6 foot table in my house, it’s 7 x 3.5 feet, so I only play with 10 reds not 15.

It’s made of Jarrah and Tasmanian oak because I love the contrast between the two timber colours. The wood burnings are hand done and it’s a little shaky, leaves room for future improvement. And the sliding mechanism is simple but reliable (I hope).

The wood burning is a little shaky so I need to practice it a little more…
