Quick question lang. If I am sponsoring a family trip to a non visa Asian country (pinagtatalunan pa kung saan, considering Taiwan, Vietnam and Singapore) and I am not a Filipino citizen, do I still need to prepare COE and bank statements?

Edit: To add, kasama nila akong lilipad. And I plan on lining up at Philippine passport lane with my cousins.

I am well travelled, and have visited the Philippines many times. I went on trips with my immediate family (from Ph to other countries), but this has never been an issue because my parents are dual citizens and my brother is also not a Filipino citizen.
