From 3 to 4 kids?

Hi parents,

My husband and I are thinking about having a fourth and last baby, but it is not an easy decision. Our kids are 8, 4 and 1. First of all: we have enough space, enough financial means (we think, knowing what we know now), etc. We live in the Netherlands, in case that matters. But we are worried about certain things and we’re looking for experiences, preferably from people who did it and who are 10 years further in the future.

How did it go, going from 3 to 4? How do you manage to be present for each child and for each other as partners, still? And does it get increasingly more expensive as they grow older? What are things we’re maybe not considering until we’re there, if you’re speaking from experience?

Any and all ideas are welcome. Thank you so much ❤️
