LARP groups with a focus on both pvp and cosplay

Hey eveyone, Im looking into getting into LARP and wanted to see if there's any groups that have a focus on the cosplay and does PvP.

I like the idea of Amtgard, but when I look up videos of them doing their battles I notice they're usually just wearing normal clothes and not really cosplaying, or a lot of people wear tank tops/sleeveless shirts. I get it, it gets hot when fighting, but it kinda just takes me out of the roleplay; just a personal preference is all.

Anyone know of any groups that might fulfill both wants? I live in the South East of the United States.

Ingels, Kroger & Publix Fleet

Anyone have any experience with these fleets? Whats the work like, how's the pay, and how much experience do you need to get on with them?

Or would it be worth it to do food service instead? I'm not allergic to work, but my goal is to find something where I can be home more often so I can have a life and possibly start a family.

I currently have a year and a half under my belt with no accidents and no tickets.
