Trying to remove the lettering from these brake calipers. At first I thought it was a sticker under the clear coat but I’m starting to think they are just painted on. I was able to carefully take a razor and gently scratch the lettering and I saw red underneath. I was thinking of using acetone or nail
Polisher remover but I’m not sure if it’ll hurt the factory powder coated red.
