So i have a acer predator Helio neo 16 PH-17 Laptop with i7-13th gen CPU and a rtx4050. The laptop is 2.5 years old and i have serviced the laptop once last year around april and during that service the gpu thermal paste was changed.

But since last week i encountered some ui freezing, the laptop would be stuck after just a couple of minutes. So while browsing about it the recommendation was clean windows installation. I did that and went into bios and the cpu temp was 91°C. So i serviced the lap and asked for a cpu thermal paste change( they didn't so it, idk why) now even after services the ui freezing issue is still there.

So is this cause of a thermal paste change? Or anything else?
