Hi, I’m looking for a place that does manufacture on demand CDs to make an online store for my music. If a fan of my bands music wants to order one, it would be manufactured and shipped to their address by the company. At this point there isn’t a ton of demand in my music scene but there are still a couple people who were asking about them. Does anyone know a place that does this? CDBaby and create space used to be the obvious choices but now they don’t do that anymore. Thanks!

Hi - I’ve been trying to fix my stomach issues for years. I am vegetarian and have since cut out dairy and caffeine because they hurt my stomach so I’m basically vegan. Last night my stomach issues got so bad I blacked out and had to go to the hospital. I think I need to get really serious about low FODMAP diet and not have anything that could trigger it , but I’m afraid to eat anything. Are there low FODMAP staples people would recommend? Stuff that would get me a good amount of protein? Soups would be especially helpful but anything is welcome. Thank you!

It occurred to me I don’t know that much about Chinese music and if they had a rock scene. Are there any good 60s, 70s or 80s Chinese rock and roll albums that people know of or like? I’ve heard some Chinese pop , but curious about if there is some rock music. Anything that falls under the rock umbrella I’d love to know about especially from that period!
