I have this idea for a campaign, where the dead ate rising and growing in number on the Sword Coast, suspecting it has to do with a powerful lich, the king hires the party to find and stop the threat. Little does the party know, the king IS the lich, playing both sides of this war, like Palpatine. What are some plot points or various ideas could use for this campaign?
