Lore question/mechanic question on Ult

Why is it other than that is just the way that it was originally chosen to be, is Urgot's ult pushes them away when doing the execute, despite if you are closer to them

There's been plenty of times when I am right on top of somebody about to die in a 2V1 and when I get the alt recast trigger, it pushes them away and I die before the execute is completed. I feel like it should be designed that no matter the distance they are pulled so the closer you are, the quicker they execute. I feel like this is way more of an embodiment of who Urgot is as a ranged champ but fights like a melee champ

Golf courses about 30 mins from Gardendale

Trying to see places around Gardendale that are fun! So far, I've been to Green Briar in Morris, and Mountain View in Graysville with me loving Mountain View.

Trying to find places on the cheaper side but still having decent distances where I can use all of my clubs (driver and woods)

Is this a big or normal?

But I ulted mord and AFTER he ulted me, my ult got reset. Does it not follow or is this a big of some sort. First time this has happened
