5 hours of radio silence from support
Am a heavy user. Reached out to support this morning asking for an explanation regarding the decreased rate limits and increased rate times and if this was a temporary hiccup or if it was a permanent change. Specifically included that I did not want an AI generated response or a non-answer.
That was 5 hours ago and have not gotten a response. Wtf is going on over there?
