How can I leave a toxic relationship when the rentcontract is on my name?
So long story short I'm in a toxic relationship for 8 years, he insults me, make me feel like I'm nothing, always let him know when I will get home when I visit my mom, almost always together when he goes to his parent he stays away untill 9-10 in the evening and then we still have to eat, if I visit my mom I need to get home before 8 because we have to eat.. he can game all day long and if I play for a few hours he makes a comment like are you playing again, he has hit me, choked me, threw a sofa upside down with me on it I almost got crushed by it, I take bloodthinners and he had hit my nose I had a nosebleed off and on for 3days, I have insomnia so I have difficulty to sleep and I have 5 alarmclocks active so one day my alarm was set because my daughter was there so I could make her breakfast, my alarm goes off I snooze, 2nd again, 3th he gets up takes my neck and hits my head a few times on the nightstand worst of all my daughter was standing in the hallway and the door was not closed.. but all these thing all happened in the spam of 8years. I don't want to talk him out of it or something but when he isn't in his rage he is a good guy but I can't take the insults and belittling and risk to get hit again much longer. He lives in our appartement but the rental contract is my name only so I would like to stay here because it's mine and it's a social housing so real cheap for market these days. I have 4cats so I can't leave for a while(tried it I miss them too much) and thats his way to get me back when I'm running away. I'm so tired he treats me like Cinderella but not in a good way, I just want him out of here so I can try to find myself again..
