Real estate trying to claim for special carpet stain cleaning
Hi all :)
Bond has been claimed, but the real estate is trying to claim $180 for special carpet stain cleaning. I believe these were there prior but i didnt take photos of the carpet.
I have lived there for 2 years and had the carpet steam cleaned on exit
What is the likely hood i can fight this, as they are disputing the bond?
The reasons i believe it was pre exisiting is the previous tenants or owners had kids, these two stains are in the bedrooms and are probably urine stains from kids or animals (I have neither)
What are your thoughts?
