I’m trying to access an InDesign file that’s stored on the adobe cloud. When I go to click the file it’s greyed out, and when I click the files tab on the Mac app, it gives an error saying it can’t connect.

I’ve tried downloading the file through the creative cloud app but it only downloads a zero byte file. All the other files on different adobe apps work fine, it seems to just be this one.

It’s got important info and stupidly I don’t have a backup so it would be great to get help!!
