I''ve bought the rules and had a quick look, I can't see why it wouldn't work, probably better with a hex grid than a square. Most of my friends I'd want to play this with are much more into boardgames than wargames, and are pretty averse to non-grid movement systems, which is why I'm considering this.

If anyone has any suggestions of tweaks that might need to be made for this to work I'd love to hear them.
