Please for those who are already masters students of University of Manitoba, is it okay to still apply for Fall 2027 without getting a supervisor. I reached out to a supervisor whose research interest related to mine but he said he wasn't accepting students. The other supervisors I checked,not all of them were accepting students.

Hi. So I am having an issue with uploading my Documents on the Application portal, everytime I upload it. It doesn't save, it will keep loading. So I wanted to know if there is anyone that is applying for 2027 and has finished their application or was able to upload their documents on the educational history section. And please how did you do it.
