I'm new to hobby-ish grade RC and I just picked up a Quake Grom. After playing with it for a while I looked under it and saw the plate that looks like it holds on the frame is getting pretty ground down. Is there a replacement that may be more substantial (or at least protects the screw heads a bit more)? I feel like they're going to be rough to remove when needed if they don't just snap at the head or round out.

Also also, I know driving it on concrete is probably the biggest issue here do they make fasteners that are more resilient?
