I am living and working in ajma so I have low mileage per year. I want to switch to 7 seater from Kia sportage 2014

I was thinking of buying or exchanging with ford explorer 2014 / 15

Fuel consumption is not a problem but I am worried about wiring issue in explorer is it really that bad?
