I’m plugging my camera into an external monitor and whilst I can see what I’m filming, I can’t see the battery level, recording status, etc on the monitor. As the camera is elevated on a telescopic mast, it would be very helpful to see these. What settings can I stick to get a direct replica of the LCD screen onto the monitor?
A lot has been said about the ‘death of the 6’ and there’s a lot of truth to it. More and more each year, less players are around that are a 6 primarily.
It feels like most players who find their time at 6, if asked would tell you they’re a 4, 7 or 8. I would estimate there’s no more than 20 in professional rugby that can inarguably be called a 6 first and foremost.
A few names which stick out to me:
Tom Hooper
Cian Prendergast
PSDT
Ted Hill
He’s started 5 games in a row now at 7. This clearly isn’t some one game trial or injury cover, it’s real. What are the implications of this going forward for his career and I suppose the wider Rugby context?
There’s been a lot of hybrid roles emerging but more so from the bench, to see it working at a high level from the start is interesting.
Another interesting aspect, how does this impact Oli Mathis as a promising 7/14 hybrid? Could we see that the Crusaders are starting a hybrid 7 at all times between him and LF?
Second playmaker or second ballplayer is a term/ strategy we see thrown around quite a bit but who is the best in this role as someone who is primarily a non-halfback.
If you’re feel adventurous maybe name a 11-15 of secondary playmakers.
