Deficit too aggressive ?

Deficit too aggressive ?

Hi everyone !

I have been cutting for around a month now and I'd like to have some external input. As you can see, I have been losing weight very quickly with an average of 300-350g a day for the last two weeks, which I know is a lot. I started at around 87.8kg with my smart scale (yes I know it's not very reliable) estimating me at around 22%bf (I have been bulking for 2 and a half year).

I am currently at around 1900 kcal, my macros are

- 180g of protein

- 55g of lipids

- 170g of carbs

So far I have lost 7kg (15.5 lbs) in around 35 days and my smart scale now estimates me at around 19% bf (I weigh myself every morning in the same conditions).

I walk on average 13k steps a day and I do some low intensity cardio on the incline treadmill 3 days a week on average for 200kcal each time I would say. I go to the gym 4 times a week and my strength hasn't dropped, I still train with high intensity as before, I do think I look a bit flatter in the mirror but on the other hand my stomach has gotten flatter, my arms and my face more defined and my waist a bit slimmer, so I think it might mostly be due to glycogen loss.

I do feel a bit hungry but I got used to it and I don't really notice it anymore.

What do you guys think ? Of course I want to minimize muscle loss. I plan to keep doing what I'm doing for 4-6 more weeks aiming for 13-15% bf.

Do you think my deficit is too aggressive and I risk significant muscle loss, should I up my calories a bit in this case ? Do you have any input on the cut overall ? If you need more info, just ask !

Thanks in advance !
