Hello, this has started to happen for a while now (little over a month or more), that whenever I open steam or brave, or chrome idk, my Ethernet starts to pseudo stutter (disconnect and connect in few or more seconds \[doesn't happen with discord, Ubisoft games, EA, etc.\]), I tried every single thing to fix this:

\-reinstalling drivers

\-fixing it with a commands

and now I don't know what to do, so I came here.

I would appreciate any kind of reply and help that will be put here.
