Using psyllium husk as a standalone suppliment vs adding it to food?
So I've recently been trying to incorporate more fiber in my diet, and got some psyllium husk with the idea that I'd just mix some into the foods I'm eating. When I have cottage cheese, I mix some into it, when I have a stew I mix some into it, etc.
But now looking it up, I see people taking it separately as a suppliment, drinking it with a big cup of water, all sorts of strategizing about what time of day it gets taken, etc. So now I'm unsure if I should be paying more attention to these things, or if it's fine to just add a bit of it here and there into food I eat anyway, and where it mixes well?
How to make sure an adjustable dumbbell is sturdy enough?
I live in Hungary, so a lot of the options I see listed on local stores' sites are not made by companies with a global reach, meaning there isn't that much out there regarding their reliability, build quality, etc. And ideally I'd want to buy from a Hungarian store, to avoid large shipping costs and delays.
But I'm not sure how I can tell if they are sturdy enough. I'm a bit uncomfortable regarding exercises over my head, and want to make sure I can weed out the options that might be bad build quality, but not sure what to look for in the mechanism, materials, etc?
Anyone know why? I have premium, I whitelisted YouTube from my adblocker, and the stats on YouTube even show high connections speeds, and yet it barely buffers ahead even at 1080p, at 4K there's basically zero preloading:
Does anyone know what the solution could be?
Hopefully this question falls within the bounds of this subreddit, apologies if not.
Anyway, I've been making a playlist for our Iceland road trip this summer, and I wonder if anyone else had stuff they liked to listen to specifically in Iceland.
For me one of the big ones is the Death Stranding soundtrack, unsurprisingly since it was curated and made with similar landscapes in mind.
But I've also been trying to find Icelandic music from Spotify playlists and suggestions, though this method has been less consistent.
If anyone has any recommendations I'd love to hear it!
