Recall - Dealership says honda hasn’t delivered the update nationally?
As title mentioned.
I’ve called my dealership 5 times at this point to schedule the software recall. They’ve spun a few excuses each time but the most recent one is that Honda hasn’t given them the update needed to fulfill the update. I’m pretty fed up with this dealership and at times the car itself. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I ended up contacting Honda directly and they’re having me assigned a case agent and requesting diagnostics from another dealership before proceeding.
