I saw this game has the Soulslite tag. What does that mean for this one? Is it the dodge/parry/block combat? Lose inventory on death or double death?

I'm looking for an open world survival crafting game. I want to build a base, and it needs to be fantasy, not sci-fi. Basically, I want to build a castle. I've already played:
Conan Exiles
Dawn of Defiance
Enshrouded
Len's Island
Smalland
V Rising
Valheim
It should have some story so there's something driving progress, and I want to build from the ground up rather than use predefined rooms that just snap together.
Anyone know any games I've missed out on?
