I am only two days in on the intro 1.5mg dose of oral
Wegovy. I have had well managed panic disorder for years- maybe 2 or 3 episodes in four years. Tonight i woke up with a panic attack in the middle of the night- that’s never happened. Anyone experience random onset panic? I ate a snack in case this was sugar related, and am here scrolling reddit searching doe context!
I am 6.5 hours in on my first day taking the 1.5 pill. So far no side effects…how long until I can expect them? I took the pill as directed. Had my usual sized breakfast about 1.5 hours later around 8. It’s now 12:30 and I would typically be starving and thinking about lunch, but not today :)
I tried a low dose CBD (10mg, broad spectrum so zero thc in it because it doesn’t work for me) last night and WOW. I didn’t notice much of a difference in how I felt last night before bed. But had a great sleep and my HRV was through the roof. I am usually in the 40-45 range, and woke up to a HRV of 73!
