I have been able to use my Alaska Wallet Funds as of last week to pay for the taxes/fees on partner redemption flights such as BA/AA/CY even without AS segments. However, as of this weekend it no longer appears to use my wallet funds as a payment method. I’ve tried using website, mobile app and etc
Alaska wallet funds are already restrictive as is and making these changes with no announcement isn’t right, especially since it is an expiring credit to begin with.
I really hope this is a glitch and wallet funds come back to use.
