New owner of Maxwell 2
I just received my xbox maxwell 2 headphones today and I'm having issues I'm not sure how to fix. I'm not well versed in audio and headphones so this is my first expensive headset.
My first issue us that I get a weird crackling and static like sound in the headset when I tried to listen to music on my phone
I'm unable to get the headset to work wirelessly from my series x. I have updated both the headset and the dongle but am having no luck. I also noticed that whenever my dongle is plugged into my console that it doesn't even light up
When I tried to use the headset wired to my wolverine tournament v2 controller, my audio sounded extremely shrill, shallow, and distant. It felt like there was no bass or warmth and like I was in a padded room
My friends are complaining about the mic quality of the boom mic. Im told it sounds aggressively sharp and robotic like. Is there anyway I could get it to sound more natural and warm like my normal speaking voice?
