GameStop PSA damaged my card and gave me a 3
Today I received an email notifying me my grades for the 4 cards I sent a few months back where ready, I looked at each and one card received a VG-3. I could not believe it and after looking closely there’s a very noticeable crease on the back of the card that wasn’t there before(I wouldn’t have sent it if I wasn’t confident it would get a 10). the messed up thing is I sent two almost identical cards of the same player/set just numbered differently and the other got a 10.
Does anyone on here have any advice on how I should handle this? Or am I just screwed and cant do shit about it?
I’ve attached photos of both of the slabs that I sent in this same submission, one 10 and the other a 3 smh(the damaged is the 5/5)
