I just wanted to share an update on my previous post:

• My situation was: I hadn't know that I had to pay the TOB since 2023
• I contacted the FOD via CPIC.TAXDIV@minfin.fed.be, and they provided me with the necessary instructions.
• I then submitted the required declarations through: https://divtax.minfin.fgov.be/

Edit

• I could declare in each submission two consecutive months
• Transactions in USD had to be converted in EUR using https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/policy_and_exchange_rates/euro_reference_exchange_rates/html/eurofxref-graph-usd.en.html
• then paid each declaration

Here on website they show how to do it for ETFs
