What type of plywood in preparation for LVT?

Planning on laying LVT flooring. Unsure whether I'll be going with a glue or click product just yet. But for either one, I am sure that I will need to overboard my floorboards to get a smooth(er) subfloor to lay the product on. However, I'm confused as to the grade of plywood I need.

The Amtico Form collection installation guidelines state plywood with a classification of EN636-2 or 3. Research suggests that equates to SP101/FG1? I'm having trouble finding a local supplier (East Herts) for SP101 flooring, one timber merchant had no idea, others large delivery fees when I just need a few sheets for a smallish entrance way/hallway.

Then there's Amtico's Click smart collection, who's installation guidelines does not seem to mention any specific standards, just a tolerance.

So, to anyone who's DIY'd or had this done recently what did you go for, how'd you do it?
