Eek! 115 pounds lost in 18 months and it feel so good 🥰🥰🥰

I Can’t fully express how grateful I am to finally feel comfortable in my body again. I haven’t been this smaller size in 20 years and I’m so happy that I started taking this medication. The first two larger photos of me popped up on Facebook earlier this week and I could not believe how big I was without even realizing it. I never want to go back to that size and I’m so so proud of myself for putting in the hard work every day and taking this medication. 🎉🎉 The body dysmorphia struggle is still real and I now have a clothes shopping addiction but I’ll take that any day over being morbidly obese 🥹🥹

Eek! Down 115 pounds on Zepbound in 18 months and feeling sooooo good!!! 12 pounds to goal 🎉🎉🎉

The first two photos popped up in my Facebook “memories” and I was shocked by how big I was before without even realizing it 😭😭😭 the body I’m in today after thankfully losing 115 pounds in 18 months is how I thought I looked before! And now I sometimes still feel like I’m in the larger body again. Talk about body dysmorphia! Trying to love my body at every stage! And now I have a clothes shopping addiction ha ha

When old photos pop up and you are shocked by how far you’ve come in less than 2 years 🙏🏻

So so so grateful! I feel like myself again and finally confident after feeling so uncomfortable in my body for way too long without fully realizing how big I had gotten. Zepbound and hard work is a literal life saver 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 so happy now 🥰🥰 I’m shocked to see how puffy and inflamed my face was before. I usually used Snapchat filters to make my face look slimmer and less puffy and now I wear minimal make up and feel so much more confident in my clothes. I went from a 2XL/22 to Medium/12. I hope to lose 10-16 more pounds but I’m honestly really happy where I’m at which feels fab!

Down 111 pounds and Soooo proud of how far I’ve come in 1.5 years on Zepbound along with hard work! I celebrated by traveling to Greece and wearing my first bikini in 20 years, eek!! 🥰🥰🥰

I felt soooo empowered on this trip which was incredible!! Bikini, and crop tops, what?! I never would have thought I could wear those less than 2 years ago! I was admittedly nervous to go clothes shopping in Greece because I’m so used to being in a larger body, but it felt absolutely empowering to buy whatever I wanted on this trip as I fit into all of it! From a size 22 to 12!! And 2XL to medium! I even bought baggy linen clothes (because it was hot AF I’m Greece) which I never would’ve done before because, in the past, they would’ve made me look so much bigger but now that I’m in a smaller body, the larger linen pants make me look normal sized. The feeling is incredible and I’m so damn proud of Myself. 🥰🥰🥰 I had one episode of vomiting on the trip and one bathroom episode which I think was due to indulging in too much sugar and then red sauce spaghetti (which seems to be a trigger for me on these meds) but otherwise I felt great!!! Take the meds, do the trip, feel the best you can feel! We all deserve it 🥰🥰🎉🎉🎉
