anyway i've been in the trenches trying to replicate SW 0 cycle runs of this investment level but they all either had 999 RNG or had relics with 999 substats (joke) on them so after a lot of trial and error i think i've found the safest and most optimized rotation one can replicate.
basically the key here is to get to 300 MMR while holding onto your 200+ CB stacks for life, the run is lightly annotated if you want to know the details. pretty much the only rng you need to fish for are for yg and hh to get hit on phase 2 which is quite easy! also there are some very funny discoveries i found, like how having auto use SW's ult after she detransforms with max MMR will let her enter ult again with all her buffs and CB intact AND extended lol
