
Can't tell if CPU is being cooled properly
My PC fans are always cranking, and my idle temp seems to be on the higher side. (54C Die Average)
I ran cinebench with nothing else open but hwinfo and while it reached 95C or max operating temp, hwinfo reported 0 throttling. However the cinebench score was only 682 which seems far lower than what other people report.
