My best friends ex is dating my other best friends sister. Do I tell?

Ok, so I (23, f) have two best friends, Lauren (24,f) and Kyra (23,f). As kids we lived in the same street and spend literally every day together with Kyra's sister Grace (21,f) also often being part of our group. In early 2024, Lauren started dating Simon (22,m). Simon became part of our friendship group, with him and I as well as him and Grace getting along very well. Lauren and Kyra moved to different cities at the end of 2024, and Lauren and Simon had a long distance relationship for a while. Then in September of 2025 Simon broke up with Lauren, because he couldn’t do long distance anymore and I moved away in October. This is important to know, because I feel like if we were all still in the same city, this would have blown up much earlier.
I was visiting my parents over the weekend, where I managed to hang out with Simon. I would have never guessed the bomb he would drop on me.
Simon told Grace in December (remember, roughly two months after breaking up with Lauren) that he had feelings for her. I don’t know what Grace told him exactly, but allegedly the friendship continued as it was after that. Simon did a three month trip, where we still talked on the phone about him and Lauren. Mind you, even though he broke up with her, he wasn’t really coping well with the breakup, as far as I could tell. But then, about one week ago, Grace told Simon that she had feelings for the two, and now I guess, they’re dating? Which I think is really weird, because why the fuck would you date the sister of your ex‘s best friend? Then again, I understand in some way, because Simon and Grace were always really close, and Lauren used to joke about them being in a relationship instead of her and Simon, which in hindsight seems kinda ironic.
So what do I do? Grace is not known for telling Kyra about the people she's dating, plus I'm not really sure how much contact Grace is still in with Lauren. Lauren and Simon are no-contact but I still feel like Lauren and Kyra should know soon, because the longer Grace and Simon keep this quiet, the bigger the blow-out is gonna be. Unfortunately I couldn't get a hold of Grace yet, and I also don't know I she's aware that I know.
PS: I need advice ASAP because Kyra is visiting me next week and tbh keeping quiet over text is much easier than keeping quiet in person.
