he's still very young, and i worry about him since he's barely given any attention by our parents. unfortunately he's learned not to listen to adults and im not so sure why...but i've observed that he's picked up some pretty bad behavior from my sister, who is disrespectful/no manners and short-tempered. im sure that my little brother listens, he's a good kid. but i want him to understand that having a foul mouth + shouting at elders (especially our mom) isn't a good thing. he also expects everyone to follow his wishes, often throwing tantrums.

im aware that it's normal for a child to do that and there is nothing wrong with having needs, but how do i help him recognize his behavior is wrong?
