I couldn't find a poppyseed bun anywhere, unfortunately (rural Missouri is not a great place to find this stuff). Ordered the sport peppers and celery salt from Vienna Beef, but didn't want to spring for the neon relish. Kirkland beef dog.

Not totally authentic, but still really good! I found the sport peppers kind of tough to bite through - it was easier to take a bite of the dog and just eat the peppers as a chaser.
