Portal to perim location done?
Is there a way to know from the map screen or a settings to know if a location no longer has scans without me tracking what locations give me credits on a note pad?

It says I have done something at hunters perimeter but I dont remember going there and I cant seem to find it now. And I have gone to roc'pa sahkk, the ocean with no water but I cant find just roc'pa sahkk. Any one know what im missing
