Pastaruoju metu stipriai domiuosi darbu ir karjeros galimybėmis Cognizant Technology Solutions Vilniuje, todėl būtų labai įdomu išgirsti nuomonę tų, kurie ten dirba/dirbo apie darbo atmosferą, kolektyvą (koks jis, ar dažnai keičiasi), vadovavimo kultūrą, vidinę komunikaciją, stresą darbe, work-life balance ir tt.

Man laaabai svarbu, kad įmonėje realiai galima augti ilgalaikėje perspektyvoje ir pasiekti savo karjeros tikslus, tai įdomu ar čia būtų ta vieta🙈 Nes internete skaičiau skirtingų atsiliepimų, labiau neigiamų… bet jie rašyti prieš kelis metus. Hi everyone,

We’re a team currently participating in the Nasdaq challenge at the “Make It Real” hackathon and are building Dealspacer — an AI-powered financial intelligence platform focused on Baltic public markets.

Right now we urgently need honest feedback from people working in:

• investing,
• finance,
• equity research,
• investor relations,
• public company reporting,
• or capital markets in general.

The problem we’re trying to solve:

Public company disclosures in smaller European markets are still fragmented across PDFs, scans, spreadsheets, different languages and inconsistent formats. Important signals often remain buried inside long reports that require significant manual analysis.

Our goal is not just to summarize reports, but to create a structured intelligence layer that can:

• compare multiple quarters automatically,
• detect important financial changes,
• identify potential risk signals,
• track management tone/sentiment shifts,
• and make disclosures easier to analyze for investors and listed companies.

We are trying to validate whether this is:

1. a real enough problem,
2. valuable in practice,
3. and who would benefit most from it.

Would genuinely appreciate:

• criticism,
• skepticism,
• feature suggestions,
• market insights,
• or thoughts on potential use cases.
