How do you balance?

I’m 31, no kids yet, recently diagnosed with breast cancer (had double mastectomy 2 weeks ago) and I feel like I’m starting to spiral into overanalyzing every single thing I put in my body in the future. One drink with friends? A sweet treat? A processed food ingredient? It feels impossible to know where “healthy awareness” ends and unhealthy obsession begins…my husband and I genuinely enjoy our social life, date nights, dinners out, drinks with friends, traveling, etc. I don’t want to live recklessly, but I also don’t want fear to suck the joy out of life.

How do you personally balance health/longevity goals with actually enjoying your life? Curious how others approach moderation without going down the rabbit hole.

Thanks in advance!

Feeling “puffy” AF

Hi breasties! I had a double mastectomy with expanders 6 days ago. I have had abdominal surgery before and I remember feeling very bloated but this surgery has been especially uncomfortable regarding this edema/swollen full body feeling. I have done no added sugar for months.

Anyone have tips for moving this edema/puffy feeling through faster?

Thanks in advance!
