Chicken seasoning/rub
I use meat church honey hog, and killer bbq. But are there other rubs you like to buy for chicken. Like chicken thighs, 0-400 wings, and rotisserie chicken.
What are you favorite rubs for chicken?

Besides chicken or turkey, what else have you done on the rotisserie?
I got the cast iron grates and have read both putting them in the center or on right is best for searing.
What is best placement for them on searwood xl
I returned it since I didn’t want to deal with back and forth with Weber. Am I making a mistaking buying it again? Or are chances low I get another lemon?
Got a searwood xl and was excited but started getting E18 error with every cook above 425. I called Ace and their weber rep had never heard of this problem. Feel like getting out from a lemon grill is a smart decision. I reported to weber and their pellet specialist said 'I have reached out to both management and our engineering team regarding this issue. At this time, it is a known concern that has been reported by multiple users. We are actively investigating the root cause and have not yet determined whether the issue is related to software/firmware or a hardware component.'
Are there any alternatives to searwood XL where I can grill 600+ degrees and smoke? Really wanted to get a rotisserie and grill grate so would be great if they had accessories.
Or should I wait a month till weber fixes the issue and rebuy a searwood XL

Bought a searwood XL and trying to figure out the grilling part. I have a grill grates. When cooking dogs, burgers, steak, should I crank it to 550/600 and wait 10-15 past hitting the temp to get good searing.
I’ve been putting food on the moment it hits 550 but haven’t gotten as good as sear as I expected.
Any advice or tricks is appreciated. Thanks everyone
What’s the best grill brush to clear the grates? I also have the cast iron grill grates too.
Was considering the scrubdaddy bbq brush but curious what everyone uses. I don’t want a wire brush.
Thanks
Will a 20ft cord 12 AWG work well for the searwood xl or should I get a 15 ft if possible?
Hi I am starting to see some posts about searwood tech issues. I am planning on getting one around July 4th. Should I be concerned at all or will this be a great decision for me?
I am open to other pellet grills but searwood looked best for convenience, ease and combo of both smoking and searing.
Hi. I live near Villanova university right outside of Philadelphia (Go Birds!) is at atbbq.com they best place to order a Yoder 640s.
The closest authorized retailer is about an hour away and I don’t have a truck/trailer to haul it home either.
Any guidance on where to purchase is appreciated.
Thanks
Do you leave the house when your Yoder is on? Assuming people sleep too with Yoder on. Smoking On 225/250. Not when searing/grill
