My 2 year old dog may have eaten rat droppings but I’m not positive. She was eating something that looked like dropping and as soon as I saw I squashed it with my shoe so I didn’t get a good look at it. This was 2 hours ago and she seems fine but I’m worried. She is three months past her due date for her leopto vaccine. Does anyone know if the vaccine has any extra cushion of a few months when it to comes to protection? I’m asking this because some vaccines last longer than the lepto one and I think lepto has a shorter shelf life. I’m watching closely. Any thoughts?
