Two adults, two children. Going to buy 2 bikes. One will be a traditional cargo bike to carry both children when only one adult is riding with the kids. When both adults are present, one kid on cargo and one in the other bike. Rather than buying two cargo bikes, I’m hoping one can be a more nimble and traditional hybrid/cruiser style that would easily equip a child seat of some sort, and this would be the bike ridden when only one adult wants to go for a solo ride. Budget would preferably be under $3k per bike.
