New pickup Candle JTR-1287

A friend snagged this for me at the local thrift shop for $11! Super pleased. Unfortunately, I don't have a compatible power cord. None that I have for other boomboxes work, just slightly off. Any recommendations? From what I understand, this box is rebranded under a number of different names like Helix and Samsung. Pretty neat and will slot into the question nicely. Anyone know the belt sizes?

Not a boombox per se but this Mitsubishi DA-L90 shelf system is SWEET. 7 cassette changer and linear tracking turntable!

A friend recently gifted this novel shelf unit, a Mitsubishi DA-L90. It's a wild combination of features including linear tracking turntable and a seven cassette changer. I replaced some belts and lubricated the mechanisms. I need to do the main belt on the cassette deck but I'm not quite sure how to get into it. Either way it works right now. This thing is so weird it's cool! The height of 1980s audio electronics by novelty, not by quality. WILD!!

Inherited this rare Econolite motion lamp - pinup/cover girls

Yesterday I inherited this lovely and seemly rare motion lamp. It seems like it might be one of the most rare Econolite motion lamps out there. I can't find actual values for it because the couple I've found are hidden behind paywalls.

There is a single small 2.5cm hairline in the shade. I'm wondering if I should stabilize it with anything to prevent it spreading; I was thinking a small piece of hinging tape (acid free thin cloth tape for framing).

Any thoughts?

Wild pickup this week... Prosonic PQR-9963 (Silver ST-888)

Interesting pickup this week. I wasn't familiar with the model but the Silver version seems well received. Unbelievable tuning options, almost comical. Needs belts and the grills touched up (a bit of rust). This thing is huge and easily equals the size of my JVC M90C but is still dwarfed by the Clairtone 7980. Sounds very nice on the tuner. Best $80 I've spent in a while.
